• Not FAA approval. Nothing we deliver is approved, accepted or endorsed by the FAA. Approval or acceptance is issued only by the FAA, for example through your FSDO or CMO, or in OpSpecs, MSpecs or LOAs.
• You submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers, final review, signatures, and timely submission and notification to the FAA.
• Operational responsibility. The operator remains responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
